Meet Karen, our seasoned stylist with 21 years of experience, expertly trained in parametrics and advanced precision cutting techniques. As our Color Director and Educator, she is known as the #BlondWhisperer. Karen is passionate about learning the latest trends and techniques to stay at the forefront of the industry. Outside of work, she loves cooking, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her family. She has a daughter, Grace and is a cat mom to Zelda. She is also known affectionately as "everybody's mom," in the salon. Karen brings warmth and care to everyone she meets.

Meet Victoria, our Master Stylist with over 11 years of experience in the hair industry. She has a true passion for color correction and creating fun, vibrant colors that make her clients shine. As an educator, Victoria is dedicated to sharing her knowledge while continuously seeking new techniques and trends to enhance her craft. Outside the salon, she loves spending quality time with her dogs and her young daughter, making every moment with them special.

Meet Alieza, a vibrant stylist with a passion for blonding, extensions, and lived-in color techniques. She began her journey at Isabella's salon as a receptionist and has grown into a skilled hairdresser over the past two years, surrounded by a supportive team. Outside of the salon, Alieza loves soaking up the sun at the beach, spending time with friends, and keeping up with the latest hair trends. Her outgoing nature and dedication to continuous learning ensure she provides amazing service to everyone in her chair.

Allison, also known as Allie, started her cosmetology journey at Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School, After receiving her license, she joined our first Salon in Shrewsbury in 2021. Her favorite services to provide are balayages and foils, and she continues to perfect her skills day by day. Outside of work, Allie enjoys supporting her shopping addiction, hitting the gym, and attending country concerts with her boyfriend, Harry. Her dedication to her craft ensures she provides exceptional service to all of her clients

Meet Haley, a stylist with a passion for blonde hair. She loves creating bouncy blowouts that leave clients feeling fabulous. In her free time, Haley enjoys hanging out with friends and making the most of every moment. Outgoing and dedicated, she strives to make people feel their best both inside and outside the salon. Hannah is an enthusiastic Assistant Junior Stylist who graduated from Worcester Technical High School in 2019 with her Cosmetology License. She loves learning new techniques from other stylists to constantly improve her skills. Outside of the salon, Hannah enjoys chill nights with friends, cozying up with a good book or movie, and hitting the bowling lanes for some fun.
