No-Show / Cancellation policy
Understanding that unexpected events can occur, we kindly request For appointment cancellations, we kindly request a 24-hour notice. Additionally, to confirm your booking, we ask for an active credit card on file. First late cancellations (less than 24 hours) incur no fee, but subsequent ones have a 50% charge. No-shows or same-day cancellations result in a 100% charge. Please understand these policies support our team and business.

Where do I book an appointment?
You can call the salon or book online through SalonTarget, which you can find in the menu tab under "Book online", or click the link below to be directed to our booking site.
Do you take walk-in appointments?
We do take walk-in appointments, however, it is strongly recommended to book your appointment in advance since Stylists availibility changes frequently.
How much does each service cost?
We have a price list available in our menu, please note that all prices are starting prices and may vary depending on hair length, thickness and stylist's experience.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
If you're not fully satisfied with your appointment, just let us know within the same week of your initial visit, and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Do you offer hair and makeup trials for weddings or events?
Yes, we do offer hair and makeup trials for weddings and events. We highly recommend scheduling your trial on a day when you have plans afterward, so you can fully enjoy and assess your look throughout the day.
